Terms and Conditions
Access and Materials Provided by NDAA
- NDAA will grant access to all previously recorded Trial Advocacy Academy (TAA) 101 Series webinars from 2024 and 2025.
- NDAA will provide access to upcoming webinars in the 2025 and 2026 series within 30 days following each live broadcast.
- NDAA will provide a one-page resource document corresponding to each training topic.
- NDAA will provide a PDF version of the presentation slide deck for each training topic.
- All recordings and resource documents will be delivered via a shared folder, allowing course materials to be downloaded and used only as permitted under this Agreement until December 31, 2027.
Purchaser Responsibilities
- The purchaser agrees to use NDAA’s TAA 101 Series solely for internal prosecutorial training purposes.
- The agreed purchase price must be paid in full prior to gaining access to the webinar series and related materials.
- The purchaser agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or use NDAA TAA 101 Series materials outside the scope of this Agreement without prior written consent from NDAA.
Course Materials
All NDAA course materials are copyrighted and may not be reproduced or used for training outside the scope of this Agreement without prior written consent from NDAA.
Course Cost and Payment
The agreed purchase amount is based on the size of the purchasing agency. Full payment is required before receiving course materials.
By Purchasing, You Agree To:
This purchase constitutes your agreement to the terms outlined herein and supersedes all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether verbal or written. Any modification must be in writing and signed by both parties.
Indemnity
Each party agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold the other harmless from any loss, liability, costs, or damages arising from actual or threatened claims resulting from negligence, gross negligence, or intentional misconduct by the party or its officers, directors, employees, or agents acting within the scope of their duties.
Insurance
Each party agrees to maintain adequate liability and other insurance to protect against claims arising from activities conducted under this Agreement.
