NDAA Ad Hoc Committee on Military Justice
The mission of the NDAA’s Ad Hoc Committee on Military Justice is to facilitate collaboration and to support close working relationships between state and local prosecutors across the United States with their military counterparts from each of the Armed Forces.
The Committee also serves as a national resource for information-sharing and strategic coordination on matters involving concurrent jurisdiction, victim support, and complex investigations. By fostering open communication, the Committee strengthens partnerships between civilian and military justice systems to promote accountability, fairness, and the effective administration of justice for service members, victims, and communities alike.
