An effective prosecutor develops a trial strategy during the early stages of case review and preparation. The National District Attorney Association’s Analytical Advocacy method provides a process through which prosecutors can develop an effective trial strategy and provides the tools to implement that strategy at every stage of their case. This webinar will help attendees identify and develop case theory, case theme, and case strategy and will provide attendees with a better understanding of the importance of Analytical Advocacy.

NDAA’s mission to serve and support prosecutors and their staff. In consideration of this commitment, NDAA requires that all those in attendance of our programs currently work in or work closely with prosecution: NDAA invites prosecutors, lawyers and paralegals in local, state, tribal, federal and military government attorneys’ offices.
