- Two company representatives are invited to attend an in-person training and share 3–5 minutes of opening remarks.
- Logo, short company description and a link on the event homepage
- Logo, short company description and a link in two promotional emails
- Logo and text included on an opening and closing slide of the presentations
- List of attendees including email addresses for one-time use
- Display table at event program to share with attendees about your services

By Purchasing, You Agree To:
This purchase constitutes your agreement to the terms outlined herein and supersedes all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether verbal or written. Any modification must be in writing and signed by both parties.
Sponsor may identify itself as a sponsor of NDAA during the term as provided in the sponsorship plan. Except as required by law, Sponsor will not issue any press release or other public statement (including on its website) relating to its sponsorship without obtaining NDAA’s prior written consent. NDAA will not be expected to endorse or promote Sponsor or its products or services, nor will any such endorsement or promotion be implied or construed based on NDAA’s acceptance of Sponsor’s payment or acknowledgment or identification of Sponsor. Sponsor will not state or imply, orally or in writing, that NDAA, or its respective officers, directors, or employees, endorse Sponsor or its products. Unless otherwise provided, this sponsorship is non-exclusive.
NDAA commits to providing Sponsor with a reasonable expectation of an audience for webinars and learning sessions and will provide input on dates, topics, and materials for customized educational sessions to appeal to members and stakeholders.
Indemnity
Each party agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold the other harmless from any loss, liability, costs, or damages arising from actual or threatened claims resulting from negligence, gross negligence, or intentional misconduct by the party or its officers, directors, employees, or agents acting within the scope of their duties.
Insurance
Each party agrees to maintain adequate liability and other insurance to protect against claims arising from activities conducted under this Agreement.
