The ability of a prosecutor to anticipate and rebut defenses provides tactical and strategic advantages at trial and it is a necessary step in successful case preparation.  Building from the analytical advocacy concepts taught during NDAA’s first Trial Advocacy Academy session, this presentation will aim to provide you with an understanding of the most common defenses raised and practical tips on how to rebut potential defenses at every stage of your case.

In consideration of this commitment, NDAA requires that all those in attendance of our programs currently work in or work closely with prosecution: NDAA invites prosecutors, lawyers and paralegals in local, state, tribal, federal and military government attorneys’ offices.
