Are you a prosecutor, investigator, or law enforcement officer working sexually motivated crimes?

This webinar aims to provide law enforcement, prosecutors, investigators and other members of the prosecution team with a background on available literature and research on animal sexual abuse and its intersection with other forms of sexual assault. It will cover paraphilic behavior as a cross indicator of other sexual offenses. This presentation will cover real case examples. Warning, there will be a discussion of graphic content which may be upsetting to some attendees.

Who Should Attend: This webinar is ideal for prosecutors, investigators, and law enforcement involved in the investigation and prosecution of sexually motivated crimes. As well as victim advocates or other persons working with survivors and witnesses of sexual assault.

Eligibility: 

NDAA’s mission to serve and support prosecutors and their staff. In consideration of this commitment, NDAA requires that all those in attendance of our programs currently work in or work closely with prosecution: NDAA invites prosecutors, lawyers and paralegals in local, state, tribal, federal and military government attorneys’ offices. Continuing Legal Education:

This course has been approved for credit in Illinois, Kansas, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Virginia; pending in Texas. All other attorneys seeking CLE credit should contact their state bar for more information.

Members are responsible for ensuring their state accepts self-applications for self-study CLE credits. 

At the conclusion of the course and after completion of the electronic evaluation survey, all attendees will receive a uniform continuing education certificate that they may use to report their continuing education hours to their state bar or reporting agency.
