Join NDAA for a 90-minute webinar, Prosecutor Safety and Security: Proactive Strategies for Personal and Institutional Safety & Protection, to gain practical tools and expert insights for safeguarding prosecutors and office staff. Led by Steven J. Dana, CPP, SRMP-C, a seasoned expert and active practitioner in dignitary-executive protection, physical security assessment, and threat assessment, this session will cover personal protection measures such as scrubbing PII, managing social media exposure, and making informed decisions regarding self-defense. This session will also discuss institutional strategies like protective intelligence, threat assessment teams, and close protection protocols. With real-world case studies and interactive elements, you will learn how to manage risks in high-threat environments. This webinar is ideal for prosecutors, victim-witness coordinators, and court personnel.

Continuing Legal Education Credits: 1.00-hour. NDAA will apply for CLE credit in New Mexico, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Virginia based on state requirements and guidelines. All other attorneys seeking CLE credit should contact their state bar for more information. At the conclusion of the course and after completion of the electronic evaluation survey, all attendees will receive a uniform continuing education certificate that they may use to report their continuing education hours to their state bar or reporting agency.
