Live Webinar: Wellbeing Webinar: Driven Not Drained - Protecting Your Mental Edge in High-Performance Roles

October 15, 2026

2:00 - 3:30 pm EST

90-minute presentation

High-achieving legal professionals are no strangers to intense pressure, long hours, and the high stakes of client advocacy. But in environments where precision, resilience, and composure are constantly demanded, it’s easy to drift into burnout, self-doubt, or unhealthy coping patterns that erode both performance and well-being.

In this session, Dr. Ajasha Long will explore the “hidden curriculum” of professional life and the unspoken challenges and mental hurdles that shape how we show up in demanding roles. Attendees will learn to recognize common mindset blocks such as imposter syndrome, perfectionism, and workplace anxiety, while also understanding the organizational and cultural factors that exacerbate stress.

Through neuroscience insights, reframing strategies, and practical tools, participants will gain methods to strengthen their resilience, stay within their “window of tolerance,” and develop a sustainable growth mindset. The goal is not just surviving the demands of legal practice but protecting the mental edge that allows professionals to thrive, serve effectively, and maintain balance across life’s dimensions.
