Most AI demonstrations ask prosecutors to imagine the technology working on their material someday. This one runs it live, on real public records, with no internet connection at any point. Grant Morgan — a former Cuyahoga County felony prosecutor and the founder of VORASYNC — runs the workflows offices actually need on locally hosted AI: a 44-page BCI prosecutor summary answered with page-cited support in under four minutes; a 162-page critical-incident report turned into a usable first case note in under six; intake passes that state their open questions instead of papering over them. Every run names its material, its task, its setup, its result — and what it does not claim. Nothing uploads, nothing syncs out, and professional judgment stays exactly where the law puts it. The session closes with the questions that matter before any office commits money or policy: what hardware to buy and own, what a deployment actually involves, what the security posture looks like on paper, and where AI does not belong in prosecution work. Bring your IT partner.
