NDAA's
2026 Complex & Organized Crimes Conference
May 12-14, 2026 | Louisville, KY
Turning Sophisticated Investigations into Stronger Trials
Complex enterprise cases are no longer the exception — they are the work.
Multi-defendant conspiracies. Financial exploitation. Cryptocurrency investigations. Massive digital evidence collections. Coordinated enterprise prosecutions. The stakes are high, and the margin for error is small.
Registration is now open for NDAA’s 2026 Complex & Organized Crimes Conference — a new, two-and-a-half-day, in-person training built for prosecutors and multidisciplinary teams handling layered, high-stakes cases.
This program focuses on what matters in the courtroom: applying RICO strategically, managing complex conspiracy litigation, strengthening financial crime prosecutions, and organizing digital evidence for trial impact. The emphasis is practical — disciplined frameworks that move cases from investigation to trial with clarity and coordination.
But just as important as the content is the room.
This conference is designed for professionals who understand the weight of these cases — who are navigating similar challenges, asking similar questions, and refining similar strategies. It is a space to sharpen skills, test ideas, and learn alongside peers who are doing this work every day.
Education is strongest when it is shared among practitioners committed to improving outcomes. This program is intentionally structured to bring together professionals who take complex prosecutions seriously and are committed to elevating their craft.
The full agenda and faculty lineup will be released no later than April 21, 2026. Capacity will be limited to preserve a focused, high-level learning environment.
If you are handling enterprise, financial, or multi-defendant prosecutions, this training is built for you.
