NDAA’s 2026 Complex and Organized Crimes training is geared toward prosecutors, law enforcement, and other allied professionals. It will focus on strategies, tools, and resources for complex and organized crime cases.
Topics include:
- RICO: History, elements, and prosecutorial strategies
- Organized Crime & Gangs: Structures, investigative techniques
- Financial Crimes: Money laundering, cryptocurrency, asset forfeiture
- Conspiracy & Multi-Co-Defendant Cases: Legal framework, trial management
- Large-Scale Evidence Management: Digital evidence, e-discovery tools

Eligibility:
NDAA’s mission to serve and support prosecutors and their staff. In consideration of this commitment, NDAA requires that all those in attendance of our programs currently work in or work closely with prosecution: NDAA invites prosecutors, investigators, victim advocates, witness coordinators and paralegals in local, state, tribal, federal and military government attorneys’ offices, as well as law enforcement and other members of the multidisciplinary team.

Rooms will be guaranteed by the guests’ major credit card. If cancellation is necessary, please cancel by 4:00 pm EST the day prior to your scheduled arrival date to avoid a penalty equal to one night's room and tax. Reservations not cancelled will incur a penalty equal to one night's room and tax.

The recommended attire is business casual.
Please submit all requests to NDAA in writing via email to training@ndaajustice.org. All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made 30 calendar days prior to the first day of the NDAA event to receive a full refund. Full refunds cannot be approved for requests received after this date. Should you need to cancel your registration less than 30 days but more than 14 days before the event, a 75% refund will be granted with a written request. NDAA regrets that refunds/credit will not be given for cancellations within 14 days of the event or for no-shows. However, substitutions are gladly accepted at any time. Should another office member want to attend the course in your place please contact training@ndaajustice.org.

NDAA will apply for CLE credit in Illinois, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia based on state requirements and guidelines. All other attorneys seeking CLE credit should contact their state bar for more information. At the conclusion of the course and after completion of the electronic evaluation survey, all attendees will receive a uniform continuing education certificate that they may use to report their continuing education hours to their state bar or reporting agency.
