Please note: Registration fee includes all educational seminars, training materials, Presidents' Welcome Reception, two lunches and all coffee breaks.
Cancellations Policy: Cancellations for conference registration must be made prior to February 14 for a full refund. Cancellations received after February 14 and before March 9 will incur a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations received on or during the conference will be assessed a $100 administrative fee. No cancellations for refund will be accepted after conclusion of the conference.
