PAUL A. LOGLI, PRESIDENT OF THE NATIONAL DISTRICT ATTORNEYS ASSOCIATION, REPRESENTS AMERICA’S PROSECUTORS AT SWEARING-IN CEREMONY FOR JOHN G. ROBERTS, JR.

ALEXANDRIA, VA – September 29, 2005 – The National District Attorneys Association (NDAA) is pleased to announce that its President, Paul A. Logli, who is also State’s Attorney of Winnebago County, IL and its Executive Director, Thomas J. Charron, were invited to attend the Swearing-In Ceremony for John G. Roberts, Jr., to become the 17th Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States.

Mr. Logli said, “I am deeply honored to represent America’s prosecutors at this historic event. Being Chief Justice of the Supreme Court is an awesome responsibility. The United States Senate has resoundingly shown its confidence in Judge Robert’s knowledge, intelligence and ability to assume this uniquely important position – one that will have an impact on the lives of Americans for years to come. Our nation has a criminal justice system that is the envy of the world because of people like John Roberts.”
