District Attorney, Dan Alsobrooks, the President-Elect of NDAA, will be taking over as President of NDAA next week at a time when prosecutors throughout the nation will be called upon to help fight the war on terrorism. When asked about his upcoming national duties Alsobrooks said, “I am eager to take the helm of NDAA during this challenging and historic time! Homeland Security, helping combat domestic and international terrorism remain our highest priority. NDAA must continue to provide the best training and research to support America’s prosecutors as they work to protect the victims of crime and our communities.” Alsobrooks also mentioned that another of his highest priorities is to establish an appropriate memorial for prosecutors killed in the line of duty.
Jerry M. Blair, FL State Attorney, 3rd Judicial Circuit and President of the Florida Prosecuting Attorneys Association said, “We are honored to have Dan Alsobrooks at our conference. This marks the first time that the President Elect of NDAA has been our Association’s guest.
