Prosecutors, successful in trial work are oftentimes promoted into supervisory positions without training or resources on management. “Managing Prosecutors” provides insights and guideposts for that prosecutor/manager. Whether you are an experienced manager or just recently promoted, this book serves as a resource to assist in the day to day managerial issues inherent in the prosecutor’s office.

This manual was developed to assist supervising prosecutors – these prosecutors may supervise one, ten or perhaps dozens of attorneys and non-attorneys in making sure the office runs efficiently and professionally. The book is broken down into four sections - Leadership, Running the Office, Office Relations, and Law & Logistics.
