Managing Prosecutors

Prosecutors, successful in trial work are oftentimes promoted into supervisory positions without training or resources on management. Managing Prosecutors provides insights and guideposts for that prosecutor/manager. Whether you are an experienced manager or just recently promoted, this book serves as a resource to assist in the day to day managerial issues inherent in the prosecutor’s office.
