NDAA National Courses Project Coordinator
General Purpose: Performs a variety of complex and technical administrative support duties as needed to help expedite the planning, organizing and delivery of National District Attorney Association educational programs, including workshops, conferences and courses offered to the nation’s prosecutors and law enforcement officials.
Essential Functions: Performs day-to-day logistical support and administrative duties related to planning and organizing various courses, conferences, workshops, etc.; participates in pre-course meetings with course director and/or planning team; determines preparation needs based upon course director’s vision for course delivery and outcomes; schedules facilities, lodging and travel as needed to assist students and faculty; contacts and books faculty members for specific courses; updates and maintains faculty database; manages all faculty pre-course communications and materials deliveries; writes faculty contracts based on federal government per diem rates; ensures timely completion and return of program and course planning forms and specifications.
