Jason Scott Program Director
Jason Scott is a Program Director and Senior Attorney with the National District Attorneys Association’s (NDAA) Mortgage Fraud, DNA CHOP, ID Theft and Cyber Crime programs. Mr. Scott develops curricula, conducts courses and provides technical assistance to prosecutors in the areas of mortgage fraud and vacant property crime, identity theft, white-collar crime, telemarketing and Internet fraud, cyber crime, computer facilitated crime and high-tech cases involving digital evidence.
Prior to joining NDAA, Mr. Scott was in private practice focusing on Computer and Information Technology law. Prior to that, Mr. Scott was an IT Manager responsible for the development, installation and security of a multi-location wide area network.
Mr. Scott Graduated from the Western New England College School of Law in May 1998. He received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science / MIS from Teikyo University, Waterbury, CT.
