This program provides the necessary evidentiary framework for the prosecutor pre-trial, post trial and most keenly, at trial.

Evidence for Prosecutors is designed to review the rules of evidence and to explore how they apply to both common and uncommon situations encountered by prosecutors as they proceed through the handling of their busy caseload. A working knowledge of the Rules of Evidence is essential to the prosecutor’s success with any argument concerning the admission or exclusion of evidence. This course provides a comprehensive overview of the federal rules with knowledgeable faculty who discuss the relationship of these rules to each other and to the common law. In addition, these topics will provide insight into emerging evidentiary issues and trends for prosecutors involved in criminal prosecutions as well as how to favorably anticipate and overcome evidentiary challenges.

The Alamo is four blocks away. The boutique hotel features a Victorian-style pub Live music is performed at McLeod’s on Friday and Saturday evenings. Cancellations and Refund Policy: Full refunds will be made for cancellations received by 5:00 p.m., ten business days prior to the beginning of the course. Refunds, less $60 for administrative fees, will be made for cancellations received after this date for all courses.
