American Bar Association Resolution
BE IT RESOLVED, That the American Bar Association endorses and supports the Drug Recognition Program initiated by the National Highway Safety Administration and the Bureau of Justice Assistance, provided that it is applied in a manner fully respecting the subject’s constitutional rights; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the American Bar Association encourages adoption and use of the Drug Recognition Program by the states and other jurisdictions.
