Sergeant Novotny and Chief Stafford, of Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region, will explain how they work collaboratively within their community to address animal abuse and neglect. Explore the steps to conducting a thorough and impartial investigation – from the initial report through successful judicial resolution. Understand the goals of your investigation and identify the key individuals that may need to be involved in a successful case. This webinar will benefit prosecutors, law enforcement, animal control, shelter workers, veterinarians and anyone participating in the investigation of animal cruelty.
